The educator:

Nicolas Selukov, sommelier and co-founder at Moon is the registered educator for Moon Vinskole: "I've always been interested in wines, but first started to get a professional interest in the product during my first internship at the Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore in 2013, fresh out of high school. As my career progressed I made active decisions to become more involved in wines, firstly by becoming an apprentice sommelier at Champeaux for Ducasse in Paris, then by becoming a certified one thanks to WSET level 3 in Wines (which I passed in fall 2019 in Paris) and now by spreading my enthusiasm through Moon Restaurant and Moon Vinskole. With Moon Vinskole my goal is to spread knowledge and enthusiasm and to give people the means to enjoy wine to the fullest, but I also believe that spreading knowledge will directly contribute to raising the quality of wines around the globe, in turn benefiting all of us".
